Can someone please explain how Worldguard Priorities work... I understand everything else about Worldguard so don't bother going into detail about that... It's just the priorities that I don't understand!

When one region has a higher priority, it will override other region's flags in the same overlapping area.
For example: Region A has priority 10, region B has priority 5. A has PVP true, B has PVP false. The part where A and B are overlapping will have PVP enabled, as region A has a higher priority and has PVP enabled.
