for my worlds how can i make other people not break blocks on survivel like on servers not adventure mode please help is it possible

It's not __world__ it is __global__
duh im stupid
If your server is a bukkit server than get world guard and do /region flag __world__ build deny
If your server is a vanilla server then there isn't much you can do. The new snapshots though will have spectator mode.
