I have mutliverse and a separate world is for minigames (Bow Warfare, Hunger Games, Mob Arena, etc) I want to add a small area for KitPvP. Would it be possible to make it that KitPvP using BattleKits in the same world as minigames or would that mess things up for the other plugins?

This will work, but it will not be easy. You cannot have them automatically get the kit or else it will give it to them regardless of the world. (which you don't want). You will most likely have to create the "kit Signs" that they can use when they enter the world AND you'll need multiverse inventories so they don't take the kits into the other worlds

Should be ok just try it on a dummy server first like a fake server with the same plugins
