WTF?

So i just recently posted a server up on Pmc
and 1 person joined the game, said he was going to hack us and we just ip banned him. He then started banning everyone on the server. I used the console to unban everyone and now no one is joining. I have uploaded this to everyone minecraft Website!!
It has been 3 hours, no one has joined

PLEASE HELP?!
