Yet another issue

So I was playing Wynncraft, grinding on blackstring spinners, when I realised that it was getting quite laggy. Not unplayable, but the framerate was noticeably worse than normal. I have not checked my fps yet, but it seems to be around 5-10. My laptop's specs are Intel core i7-12700h, GeForce RTX 3050ti, 16GB 3200mhz DDR4 RAM, definitely not something that would run Minecraft at 5-10 fps. Another thing I noticed is that the fans seemed to be off, when usually they spin so loud they make me think it's raining when I even load up the Genshin splash screen. Does anyone have a solution, or at least a rough idea of what's going on?
