Yogbox

I was planning on making a Yogbox compatible server, first of all, does anyone know which mods in the Yogbox are not multiplayer compatible that way i can more easily set it up, also does anyone know how to make a server compatible with mods?

If anyone can help me with either of these it would be greatly apreciated.
