I had my server running yesterday, but I keep getting a binding error.
The error claims that there is no open port for 25565, but nothing had been using that port except for my server. Now, I did have a power-outage that resulted in the server closing in a way it was not supposed to which is the reason that I am getting this error.
Is the only way to fix this by using 25566?

Make sure that any antivirus programs have the server allowed and that they don't block your port. Also make sure that your modem has the port open as well. Since it's possible to lose such configurations if the modem doesn't have a built-in battery.
