Builder needed for server spawn creation

Why Hello PlanetMC!
Simply put, I am looking for someone who is good at building. I am looking to start a business selling managed server space for players who want their own server with ease.
That being said, I am looking for someone who could build a template spawn and possibly some other in-game areas which could server a good starting point for someone starting a new server.
This would be a volunteer position, however you will be credited for your work where it is seen by customers. This would be a great opportunity to work on a perhaps amazing project.
Please be prepared to describe/show some of the work you can do and/or have done upon responding.
