"Corrupted" server chunks

Hello PMC,
I’m in desperate need of help regarding an issue that occured on my PAPER minecraft server.
Some chunks are ”corrupted” meaning the server times out and crashes whenever they are loaded in by a player. I believe this may have been caused when the server was transfered along with the world.
I’ve tried running multiple versions of the tool (https://www.spigotmc.org/wiki/using-the-minecraft-region-fixer/) which only showed errors which resulted in the tool not being usable at all.
Deleting the world and starting a new one really isn’t an option for me and the server community, so any help is very much appreciated!
