DEVELOPER WANTED!!!

After having a server since the start of the year, we want to expand the behind the stream staff aka Developers, we already have one who is working hard but he cant do it all by himself. We want someone who can work with this developer and help our server grow.
What we ask from you:
-Serious, we have a semi developer, the reason he went from dev. to semi dev. is he said from the beginning "i am here to help you, not to be main developer"
we are a lot further then we can use some help we need a good dev. team.
-independent, you are oke with working in your own time to work on the server and the plugins.
-social, not only you can become our dev. you also become a part of our staff and we want to make sure you can help people on the server recgarding on the plugins.
You dont just become a developer by joining the server and discord, you start as dev.trainee and help the dev. this will take atleast three weeks. It is more about trust and show what you can do.
