Can anyone help me fix the "kicked whilst connecting to lobby: username contains invalid character"

how did you manage to create the name? surely the name change/creation would prevent you from using invalid characters
Ensure that the username you're using to connect to the server doesn't contain any invalid characters. Minecraft usernames can only contain letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), underscores (_), and hyphens (-). If your username contains any other characters, you'll need to change it to comply with these rules.
