Height Plugin?

So, I would like someone to code a Minecraft player height plugin(meaning you can change the height or size of a player, and edit the size of each Minecraft body part for maximum cursedness)for my friends server. Make sure to use Java. Also, using java script to impliment what i need is basically impossible, so if you can find a way to work around it, that would be epic. Up to the challenge?
