/help issue

Hello, I am having a issue with the /help command. I am running a bungee server, and have this issue across the network. Basically when you type /help it pulls up the essentials style help menu. However, if you are default rank it says "You do not have permission to use this command" when in fact default has 'essentials.help'
The issue is network wide, but here are the plugins on bungee and on the hub. Luckperms has been linked through bungee and storing data in MySQL. Thanks!
