What's the best way to host a server with spending little to no money, preferably no money? Cuz I wanna setup a server for my online friends, but don't wanna share my IP.

There are free hosting options usually with very limited resources available like aternos or minehut. Alternatively if you have a spare computer you can probably set it up to host a small server then host it for friends. there a few different methods to hide the true IP as to not leak your IP.
