I have a question how big must a kitpvp map be?
Because i want to start a kitpvp server and with a good size map.

It depends on the amount of players you're expecting to get. A rule-of-thumb in the professional building ring is that you need around 200x200 area for 10 players, and for every 10 players abouve that, you should add around 100x100 more to the map. When you hit around 500x500, you might want to consider creating another map to accompany the first one.
Other than that, I would recommend you join other KitPvP servers that you like, and count how big their arena's are :)
