I need help
So, I've been making a server and I have skript and I want to make a discord command so when the player does /discord it says the discord link. I have no idea how to do that I've searched and searched but I can't find anything so if someone can please help that would be awesome.

There is a spigot plugin called "MyCommand" that lets you do something similar to this. Can also be used to create custom commands or shortcuts. Very powerful plugin IMO.

Also a tip for the future: Maybe choose a more saying title than "I need help". This can mean anything and most people either wont bother clicking it or are annoyed having to click on it to read the full thing only to realized they can't help you.
