I have a server that is set up correctly afaik. My friend can join it, but now when I try to the server gets overloaded and eventually crashes. We are running a vanilla ish server using 1.15.2 and optifine. Never had issues before and we have been playing on it for almost a couple weeks. I have tried restarting everything and changing priorities on my router. Have not tried having more than one of us on the server, besides myself as it is just us two, so I don't know if the issue is two people or if the issue is on my end as I am the host. I just downloaded java today or yesterday as we figured out that we couldn't increase the server RAM as I had 32 bit installed instead of 64 bit. I am running out of things to try any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you,

There are a number of things that could cause this. Posting the error that appears in the logs when it crashes would help.

Can't Keep up? is the server overloaded? running 40 ticks behind. It's pretty generic...

That sounds more like a processor issue. Are you hosting this on your own pc? If so, you probably have too many programs opened.
