I'm darkrai's friend, and I've checked that we have the same version of java,
we have the same one,
the only thing that differentiates one computer from another are the components
and the internet connection,
I don't think either of these two has any relevance.
You may have the same version, but the files could have gone corrupted.

Hey there Dan, it seems when you downgraded, you instaled another instance of Java! Java is a main motor of minecraft, if you have two, they collide.
It seems the fix for your issue would be reinstaling Java
Start by getting rid of old java versions. START>CONTROL PANEL>UNINSTALL PROGRAM>JAVA. Or by using the uninstaller in java directory.
When done, restart your device, and download java here! = https://www.java.com/en/download/
After instaling, restart again and try to launch the server.
If the problems persists, feel free to give me feedback.

hm... I don't know much about it, but what version of Minecraft are you guys using? Also, what version of Java? if you google sun.security.util.ManifestEntryVerifier you can see that there are a few people with the exact same problem... maybe you'll find something. Good luck to you.
We are using the latest version of java and the minecraft version is 1.16.5,
the best thing is that the server starts on my pc,
but the server does not start on your pc.Forge may not like the newest version of Java... but then again, if it runs on one computer just fine, it shouldn't be an issue. Have y'all tried reinstalling Forge/minecraft? The world should be fine... it's probably just Forge
