Java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset error

Hi there. Recently I set up a 1.20 server on forge for my friends, locally hosted on my own server. 50mpbs up and 180 down, server's ethernet never goes down. Connection is always stable. My PC gets 70 down and 50 up also on ethernet to a wifi extender. Isn't my only my wifi, friends have it too.

We are all getting this error: java.net.SocketException: Connection Reset. You can play for maybe a minute or two before you're booted off. The server itself displays this: [minecraft/ServerGamePacketListenerImpl] : joe lost connection: timed out" in the server's java window.

Here's a spark link if anyone needs it, ran for around 10 mins with only me on it. 10GB of 16GB RAM is allocated to the server, it just reports it wrong. When it needs more, it just uses it. In the jvm args file I put -Xmx10G in.

Thanks in advance.
