Need Builder + Developers for new server

Hey! I am making a new server called SkyPixel, a server taking inspiration from popular servers like Hypixel, but we don't have any funding at the moment, and... me and my friends aren't the best of builders. Also some of our plugins bump into each other and break. I just need a builder and a developer for plugins.
