Is using a server hosting company an option to you?
If so WitherNode is a nice cheap one for you to use.

If it’s a very personal server (2-10 players) than there are some free server hosting companies out their for you, like Aternos.
If your wanting to host your server on your own device and you have a sufficient amount of ram than you can use a tutorial like this one (WikiHow) to do it for free.
