Need Plugin Help For Multiverse-Core!

I'm using Multiverse-Core 4.1.0 for my server. But I'm having trouble doing something I thought would be simple.
How do I make it so when someone travels to another world, they end up in the same place they were last time?
Example: I'm in the spawn world and go through a portal (Using Advanced Portals) to go to the faction world. I travel to x: 200 z:1000 and teleport back to spawn world. When I go through the portal again, I want to end up at x: 200 z: 1000 like where I was last time.
Some advice would be greatly appreciated as to how this can be achieved through Multiverse-Core or some other plugin.
