Plugin to fix this

Very annoying problem on my server, there is a creeper farm based on portals and I have the 2 exactly linked.
And another 2, both at (0,0) nether and overworld that I use for spawn
But the creeper output portal is unused and the portal in the farm links back to the (0,0) nether spawn portal

Is there a plugin I can use to prevent this
