Server Creation - Developing Status'

Heya All!
I've recently launched a server and have decided to run it as semi-survival with a few add-ons. If you wish to learn and create new features and understand how servers function then you are more than welcome.
I am looking for another dev who wants an actual project to work on and grow in experience with myself as well as learning at the same time. I hope to have the server run with a comforting community who look out for each other. The server is already being paid for by myself and is partially setup. Preferably, anyone 16 or older will be chosen as I'm looking for someone who is mature in both knowing how to deal with situations regarding servers and the player base.
Just to get an idea of the server you can DM me on discord which is listed below, for the IP to check out what is already setup and have an idea with how to move forward depending on what you feel.
