Server help

This is for Minecraft JAVA

What i need help with
I have a server but i don't know what to make it, if anyone has any ideas feel free to tell.

I will also need admins (Depending on the server) and i am not expecting the admins to be full time (Because i don't have much money)

Also looking to make great friends for this server.
