mojang screwed up their dedicated server thing; that's all i know.

all that i know is that mojang's dedicated servers for bedrock aren't working to their fullest extent at the current moment.
i personally do not have enough information to elaborate further. i'd recommend doing your own research if you are so set on creating a dedicated server on (presumably) bedrock edition.
if it's on java, i cannot help you.
