Im not able to see the 3d interactive tool anymorre like I was before. Its not popping up when I click on the map anymore. It was working last night now it just goes straight into photos with no 3d option. Anyone having similar issues?

I have been working on two projects for a very long time. I use a playstation and cannot download anything from here, so I only used 3d view. I took a long break because I was burnt out and only just came back to notice that 3d view was gone from these projects. I genuinely feel gutted because I have dozens of hours on these projects. Absolute a$$ move in my opinion.
I agree — I play on the Switch, so unfortunately I’m in the same boat. However, it seems the issue was caused by a software glitch and is currently being patched. From what I can tell, PMC is already back to around 50% functionality with the 3D Viewing tool. So just bear with the PMC staff for a little longer. This should be resolved soon, and we can all get back to working on our passion projects.

I love this feature so much, as somebody that really struggles to imagine things, and then put pen to paper it was a lot of help. WIll this be permanent? I think it would help if PMC would just say something about it...
Ya me too, idk why they haven't said anything. Maybe they are seeing if ppl notice or complain. I use it alot and very sad that its not on here anymore. Im hoping that they are just fixing it or something. Its such a great feature, without it I cant see the builds. I put a ticket in, nobody else has put one in tho so maybe we all need to submit one.

there were a lot of them that had the 3d option, now it seems it doesnt exist. Maybe the software needs an update or something
pretty much all the ones i had booked marked and I know for sure they had it cuz i dont bookmark ones that dont. which is like 7 pages worth. They now dont show the option to click the 3d tool. It just goes right into photos, which has never happened before for ones with 3d Interaction.
What I'd hope to do was confirm that this issue was a general thing (rather than being peculair to your connection).
If you can give a link you know previously had the 3D viewer option, I can see if I can see it.
(I suspect that opton was fairly expensive of resources, which would nake it a prime target for removal/revision unless it was seen as being of great value by a large fraction of users.)

Not really unexpected, but nice to confirm the lack of the 3D tool is a general thing.
Only not unexpected if it is temporary, I've been using this website for at least a year and half and its always had the 3D option. It will be bummer if its gone cuz idk how to download these files at all.
Man I really hope it is just being revised, it is a great tool and there were so many great builds that had the option.
