Collection Button. .
So, the button that's supposed to be in the top right of my screen has disappeared. I can no longer create new collections. Does anyone have any ways I can fix this issue?

I have actually made a collection, it just happens to be private since there wasn't really a reason to have it up so.
edit 1 : I just put the collection up in public. As you can see, it gives you the option to make a new collection when you haven't ever made one before and then after that I'm not sure how to fix it
