I want to delete the flag that I made public by mistake. What should I do?

If you're talking about a banner i.e. https://www.planetminecraft.com/banner/strawberry-pattern-curtain/
I don't think there is a delete option (although you could request deletion via ticket https://www.planetminecraft.com/tickets/ )
Alternately, you could edit the posted banner to a simple solid color and change teh title to something like "Mistake: Please ignore & delete" which would be faster and have most of the functionality…
