How do I create a jam?

IIRC one must be Lvl5 to craete a jam… [Can't find any statementto that effect in rules or jam pages, but the memory seems accurate]
When one is able t do so, the "Create Jam" button appears in orange at the top right of https://www.planetminecraft.com/jams/ (Just below the changing banner)

yup, can confirm your memory's accurate. The button appears also before Lvl 5 but it just says you must be Lvl5+ to create
