Image Bug

I wanted to update one of my projects so I cliked edit submission. After that I changed the text and then I wanted change the images so I deleted the ones that I had and added new ones. But for some ANOOYING REASON THAT DOEANS'T MAKE ABSOLUTE SENSE every other I would upload will just say upload failed or remove them completely from my project without saying anything. Olease help I want to punch my screen so much right now.
