Is this allowed?

So I wish to advertise something not a commission service but more of a job request for body actors and I'm not exactly sure were to put it as workshop is more for commission services, so I was wondering if I put a thread there saying I wish to pay for a body actor it would be allowed and wouldn't be removed for off topic.
