how can i redeem windows 10 version off mc if i have already a premium account of minecraft java edition?

You'll need to go to this wesbsite then sign in. It should automatically detect that you already installed Java Editon and say something like 'You already own Minecraft! Download it here.'
To sign in, please do NOT register. You will need to look at the top right, then there should be a 'LOG IN' option.
As this was posted 10 days ago, you may have this issue fixed already.
EDIT - Nevermind, please go to this website and download it. Once you download it, please open it. Once it is finished installing, please log in with your account that already owns minecraft JE.
