Minigames plugin help

URGENT!!
I downloaded the AddstarMCMinigames plugin, and I tried to make a Spleef game. I made the lobby, start, quit, and end locations, and made the arena. The problem is, the time until start has been stuck at "5 sec" for 10 minutes, I used a minehut server with the plugin, and I never found this problem, but once i put it on my own personal server, it does this. I copied all the files from the minehut server and its still stuck at "5 sec"
