Moderation Notification???

Yo, does anyone know what it means when a Mod "advised you in (INSERT SKIN HERE)"?

Cause I got one from DinowCookie (they cool if you don't know them) and I have absolutely no clue what it means

Edit: So, just read the PMC post for the new update, and I still don't really understand why I got the notif for that skin.

Edit Two: Just messaged DinowCookie about it and they said it was a warning because it was classed as a duplicate because I made it separate skins each labeled Prototype (INSERT NUMBER HERE). It makes sense. I'll leave this post up just in case anyone wants to understand this a bit more. I'll take down the other skins
