For some reason I've loaded a datapack, but it isn't doing anything, I've reloaded multiple times, logged in and out, but nothing seems to work. I'm using a Fabric client as well if that solves the issue

Please check, whether the datapack is enabled with this command: /datapack list
Check if the datapack is listed at all. If it is listet as available, but NOT as enabled, enable it using this command: /datapack enable <NAME OF DATAPACK>

its already enabled, imma try to unzip the datapack to see if that works
unzipping shouldn't change anything, cuz if it is listed as enabled, minecraft has already recognized the important files

Web need more info about your problém, to help you. For example name of the datapack, if you ste using the right version. Bit from this fabric shouldnt be a problém.
well the datapack is splatus vanilla refresh, and I'm on 1.19.
