I think a pretty good idea would be expanding the oceans in Minecraft 1.18+. Since the world is now deeper because of the negative y-coordinates, it would be cool to have oceans that almost go as deep as the bedrock level

Water filled caves and cavern biome.that can be explored in a rowboat. Maybe even an entire world. Like start off with an ocean world. Build caves, caverns and tunnels. Then all the normal biomes on top if that all makes sense.
