Detect Sculk Replacement?

In my Data Pack, I want to make it so if an Amethyst Block gets infected by Sculk, it instead turns into a Calibrated Sculk Sensor.

But I have zero idea as to how to make Data Packs, so some extra help would be great!

I want it to be all contained within 1 function/command, without any other functions or anything else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
