Help with server resourcepacks

Hey, im kinda new to datapacks, and was trying to put some datapacks on my private server, only play with some friends, but some of them had resource packs, ok i installed worldresourcepacks, did all tutorials i saw about it, but even tho, sitill doesnt load, some data and resource packs, can someone give me some help?



I had an idea but didn't tested, should i combine all resources in one zip archive ? will it read ?
