If you are asking for help learning HOW to make datapacks, then as the other said... download, use, and then look at the code of some of your favorites (or ones similar to what you want to do in the first place).
If you are asking for help coming up with ideas for a datapack, then just watch for people in the forums asking for help on things and then make a datapack to solve their issues... I made my teleport datapack during a boring meeting because I saw a forum post about someone wanting one for example.
If you have specific questions once you have started, then we can probably answer those.

If you were to share a little more information we may be able to help. Do you have a discord or something like that so you could discuss it more readily?
What do you even want to do for your datapack?
U can perhaps download mine and read the code.
My pack uses many different functions and options
you can use when creating a datapack.

Shameless self promotion. Love it my dude XD
sorry ^^' but when he wants ideas for datapacks he should play some and create his own one. I get my inspiration from all the mods. Today we all have 2 be promotion btches 2 get attention.
I know lol. I learned the file structure s and such just from downloading and tearing apart other datapacks.
Still no harm in asking for help though, we all learn differently

that's how I did it until my datapack reached a critical mass at which I could tear it apart to add to it itself.
Yes, I learned it that way too. Ultimately, you learn everything by looking. I think it's perfectly okay to ask for help, but I found his question so general that I just answered jokingly.
