A while ago, I came across this YouTube video which showcases a Minecraft data pack for 1.16 that adds a bunch of TNT and some other destructive tools. However, there isn't a download link in the description, nor one in the comments that I can find. I haven't found a download anywhere else online either. Note that the video and most of the comments are in French, so I have to use Google Translate to translate anything. The data pack's creator, gems_bond, replied to one of the comments with (translated), "it comes I finish the anti lag mode and I give it to redkill so that he knows how to put it in the description", but as of today there is still no download link. More recently, I came across another YouTube video that was uploaded several days later from the same channel about the same data pack. Like the first video, there isn't a download link in the description or comments. I haven't found another video about the data pack from the channel.
