Incomplete projects for correction!build

I have two projects here that I decided not to finish, one that increases the game's competitiveness by reducing the game's resources and another that is the life bar that made it compatible.
After some mistakes and problems with schedule and work, I decided to give total freedom to whoever wants to take on and finish this project.
You don't need to add credits or anything else. My greatest happiness is to see something that I started working!
