I've been making data packs for a couple years now, and there were some amazing additions to what you can do with them, but for some time now I was thinking about how cool it would be if you could add Items and Blocks with data packs.

Also Mojang isnt going to add instrusive stuff like new block additions or player nbt that easily and quickly, due to engine limitations. Dinnerbone basically said that below
