One Command Creation Decompiler (1.8 preferred)

I am currently trying to decompile a one command creation (1.8.8) into its key commands, that way I could convert them a data pack in the latest version (1.15.2). I was hoping there would be a tool for it, but I have not found any tools. Are there any tools available?
