[Request] Team-based chunk claimer

Hello!

I'm new to data packs and to this community and right now I'm looking for a team-based chunk claimer.

The idea is that you should be able to join a Team on the server and claim chunks for that team where only you and your team members are able to mine and build. However, players belonging to an other Team should still be able to interact with stuff like buttons and chests. Sort of like putting them in Adventure mode on others' claims.

This to have some kind of grief less raids of the other Teams' builds still possible.

Functionalities wanted would be (not limited to):
- Creating a team
- Inviting/kicking to and from your team
- Claiming chunks
- Max amount of claims
- Admin claims (to have neutral claims)

Any ideas or pointers to something that might already exist?
