Water problem

So im making a custom dimension,

I want the caves in my dimension to have no water in them(like the overworld caves) but when ever I load the dimension all of the caves are full of water. I looked through all of the files and I couldn't find the reason why it is doing this. If you know how to fix it, can u please contact me on discord. Baked Cat#1545
