Annoying bug

ok guys so this is my problem: everytime i place a block or destroy a block my screen freezes for half a second and then doubles the command for example: i want to place cobblestone. i click ONCE and it tries to place two blocks and if im on creative and destroy a block it freezes for half a second then destroys 2 BLOCKS hence "doubling the command" someone pls help (and btw this only happens in singleplayer)

Lag issue. What is your FPS? If it is your FPS use the optifine mod.

This may be because your fraps are too laggy. I get this sometimes too. The issue is in the lag. 1.0.0 added many new things that add lag to the game. Try closing all other windows when playing minecraft. and if this dosen't work....If you are using windows goto the start menu and in search bar type DxDiag then press enter...find you display memory. You may have too little which results in lag. Hope i helped!
