Any TIMER plugin?

Hi, I am looking for a plugin that is like a stop-watch. I seen many count-down timers plugin, but have not come across a plugin that is like a stop-watch. Was thinking of doing a "Human Race" event, so I need a stop-watch plugin to know the time the racer came in. As if a 100m race.

Any suggestions?

That seems to be a countdown function only but not actually stop-watch that I mentioned earlier I was looking for.
