Ok so I always look at Dream and BadBoyHalo and Antfrost and all of those big youtubers, and I see their different skin variants like some have Christmas Skins some just have added a hoodie to themselves. Now you may be wondering why I need help for this why is this important or maybe I should click off and keep scrolling. BUT WAIT! PLZ STAY, HERE IS MY QUESTION... How can I make those variants? Do I ask other people to do them or should I try to do them myself and if I try it myself are there any tips you guys have? Anyways that's why I'm asking for help.

Well you could edit a previous skin of yours to be a variant and just do 'publish new' instead of changing the current one
And if you want someone else to do it then you can have them download the skin, import it into PMCskin3D, and edit it on there

The BadBoyHalo skin seems to have had the NameMC Christmas hat added to it. You can add it to skins during winter/Christmas time.
The Dream skin seems to have been edited/combined with another skin or outfit base/or edited directly. The Antfrost skin may be the same case as for the Dream skin.
