Which shader is the best, and not simply the one that looks the nicest, but also works well performance-wise.

Personally I use Sildurs enhanced default, my PC (laptop) is ok but not amazing either, so I find it a good middle ground between looking nice and performance
never used any of these shaders except Seus and Continuum the rest my shaders are ray-traced but i like seus ptgi
